Caring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire Nurses (RNs and LPNs) positions in:
- Area 1: Boston (Boston, Dorchester, Hyde Park, Jamaica Plain, Mattapan, Roslindale, Roxbury, Roxbury Crossing, South Boston, South End, West Roxbury).
- Area 2: Brighton (Brighton, Cambridge, Charlestown, Somerville).
Qualifications of a Staff Nurse include:
- A current nursing license in Massachusetts RN or LPN.
- Hands-on nursing experience .
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Flexibility to travel to cases as assigned.
Responsibilities of a Staff Nurse include:
- Provide professional nursing care to clients in their homes.
- Assess, evaluate, and teach clients regarding their disease processes and treatments.
- Review, implement, and follow the plan of care and perform re-evaluations of the client's care needs.
- Provide hands-on nursing care, like administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Collaborate with clients’ primary doctors, other providers, and caregivers in care delivery.
Benefits:
- Competitive Pay Per Visit! (Pay may range between $60 to $150 per hour)
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $30 per visit.
- Registered Nurse (RN): $35 per visit and $50 - $150 for OASIS.
