Job description:
Caring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire therapists (PT, OT, PTA, OTA) for Per Diem positions.
Locations:
- Area 1: Boston, South Boston, South End, Dorchester, Roxbury, W. Roxbury, Mattapan, Hyde Park, Jamaica Plain, Roslindale.
- Area 2: Quincy, Weymouth, Randolph, Braintree, Brockton.
Qualifications include:
- Hands-on therapy experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Flexibility to travel to cases as assigned.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide professional therapy care to clients in their homes.
- Assess, evaluate, and teach clients regarding their disease processes and treatments.
- Review, implement, and follow the plan of care and perform re-evaluations of the client's care needs.
- Provide hands-on therapy care.
- Collaborate with clients’ primary doctors, other providers, and caregivers in care delivery.
