Overview 
Caring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire Home Health Aides for Per Diem positions in Chelsea, Revere, Lynn areas. 

Qualifications of a Home Health Aide include: 

  • Be reliable and dependable. 

  • Have HHA certification. 

  • Be able to use a computer for documentation. 

  • Able to efficiently perform all HHA tasks. 

  • Have a car and a valid driver's license. 

  • Home care experience is a plus. 

Responsibilities of a Home Health Aide include: 

  • Helps the patient maintain good personal hygiene. 

  • Assists in maintaining a healthful, safe environment for patients. 

  • Plans and prepares simple meals. 

  • Assists patients with basic health-related care needs. 

  • Encourages the patients to become as independent as possible and follow the aide care plan. 

  • Report any change in the patients' mental or physical condition. 

  • Performs routine housekeeping tasks related to a safe and comfortable environment for the patients. 

  • Attends and completes in-services as required by state and federal regulations.
