About the Job:

Caring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant, someone who is self-driven, detail-oriented, responsible, professional, and a team player.

Skills and Qualifications:

Is computer literate in MS Word and Excel.
Is dependable, reliable, and organized.
Must be organized and able to multitask efficiently.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Office reception functions.
Ensure phones are answered in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist in maintaining and updating staff personnel records.
Assist to maintain and update patient records.
Type documents, reports, and correspondence.
Faxing new orders and tracking orders.
Fax, scan, and copy documents.
Maintain office filing and storage systems.
Assist in keeping the office area clean and tidy.
On-Call Rotation.
Performs other duties as assigned.
